Breathwork & Intuitive Visioning Journey

A breathwork and visioning journey to meet and explore your sub-consciousness and higher self through somatic and intuitive practices.

Travel through your imagination and subconsciousness.

An imaginative practice, beginning with a breathwork session led by Peter, which will be followed by an intuitive visioning activity facilitated by Holly.

What to expect: Each participant will get an orientation to the foundations of psychic senses, intuition, and our innate capacity to see beyond the eyes.

We will begin with conscious connected breathwork to shift our state and open to our internal worlds.

Then we will move into a visioning practice to discover your uniqueness as you imagine aspects of yourself beyond the everyday, get a chance to note and draw the image, then interpret the meaning with the resources given. Everyone will be able to build up a scene in their minds eye, and no one will be able to copy another. Each vision is unique and sacred, representing the soul signature of the participant.

The evening will end with tea and integration and a chance to share any insights and findings.

By combining the expansive somatic connection of breathwork with this intuitive visioning journey we will deepen our connection to parts of ourselves that are waiting to be found and develop a new understanding of how we might navigate our lives.

A little introduction to the hosts:

Peter is a Level One Breathwork Apprentice working towards completing a 1000 hour (2yr) breathwork certification program through Breathwork for Recovery. I'm a person in recovery from substance use, live with Multiple Sclerosis and a seizure disorder, love making art, and seek healing and liberation for all beings through my work and play. He works out of Spiral Domain Studio @ 421 Mulvey Ave, 2nd floor

Holly is the creator of Yewtopia located at 290 McDermot Ave, 3rd floor. She has a background in Community Development work ranging from non-profits, cooperatives, and also collaborative festivals. She is a graduate of CED (community economic development) from RRC, with a wide range of services and offerings that can be read through @ www.yewtopia.ca

She knows through experience that supernatural sensory experiences and extra sensory perceptions enhance our lives greatly. Being able to receive messages, hints, and visions through our minds is a gift. Being able to holistically and whole-heartedly enjoy the fullness of life is a blessing. Getting a feel for our own intuitive strengths helps us navigate our everyday lives better. She also believes that we are all Superhumans living an experience that is limited by our own blocks, fears, hesitations, and the like. If we embrace our magical abilities that are innate to our human capabilities then we can be higher functional in our lives and better able to navigate the ups and downs and unknowns.
