About the Event:
The Healer Within "Health Vitality QiGong' is a form of medical QiGong.
The Healer Within will cover Four Dimensions of practice: moving your body, consciously regulating your breath, focusing your mind, and self-applied massage.
The Healer Within offers many health benefits such as improved digestion, strengthened muscles, balanced emotions, improved sleep and lowered stress.
The workshop is open to everyone and there is no prerequisite. It is offered in person and on Zoom.
The cost is $150 for the initial workshop and 6 classes, or $50 to attend the workshop only.
Register before April 30 for a 10% discount. The introductory workshop is May 8 from 2-4pm (please note 2 hours) and the classes will be from 2-3pm on May 15, 22, 29 and June 5, 19, 26. Recordings of the classes will be available for practice.
